FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you use SwingMate and StanceMate separately?

Absolutely. Each product can be used individually, especially while learning the fundamentals of what they achieve. But the best gains are achieved when using both together because stance has a big effect on the quality of your swing.

Are there instructions included?

Yes. Basic printed instructions come with the products, but we have comprehensive instructions, video drills and more provided online as well.

Do I need to be an experienced golfer to use Stryper products?

Absolutely not! Even if you are a total beginner, Stryper’s products can help you. In fact, you’re our best students because you haven’t learned a heap of bad habits like most of us have. We even have a video to prove it.

Will it damage my clubs?

The SwingMate is half a metre away from where the low-point of the golf swing is. If you aren’t proficient/confident enough to be hitting that far away from an object we suggest you start slow and build up (and you should consider starting with old, less valuable clubs in practice and on the course!). The materials used in our products are “softer” than that used in your clubs, so even a direct hit should not cause destructive damage. Hitting the fiberglass rods at speed could damage the rods but should not cause anything other than superficial damage to your clubs.
