You know the feeling. You take the driver on the tee and swing... feel the ball compress at impact and it's buttery smooth. You already know it's a ripper. You look up to see the ball climbing on the breeze. The perfect baby draw, it lands and rolls out another 20 metres. STRIPED!
Your golf buddies congratulate you, and in the same breath start reminding you that your handicap doesn’t reflect how well you can hit the ball.
Then, on the next tee...
You step up and slice the Driver out of bounds. While you are seething and looking down the fairway, your playing partner yells out “here you go” and tosses you a ball from 10 metres away.
